Some exclusions apply. Due to Federal DOT shipping regulations with paint related products, overnight, air deliveries or Solvent Based Low VOC sealers are NOT available for standardized shipping. EAGLE cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories. For most shipments, please allow 1 day for order processing and 3-5 business days for standard ground delivery in addition to order processing time. Holiday deliveries may be delayed so please take into consideration.
RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return any EAGLE product, we will issue a refund under the following conditions: (1) the product is returned to our facility within 30 days from the receipt of the product. (2) The product must be returned unopened and in its original condition. (3) Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee per order. NO EXCEPTIONS. (4) A refund will be issued within 7 days of returned product received by EAGLE I.F.P. Company, minus the 20% restocking fee AND minus return shipping charges incurred. Collect shipment will not be accepted. Refund will be issued to original payment method ONLY. Return intructions here.
